SERVICES OVERVIEW

ENERGY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Offers a proven strategy for superior energy management with tools and resources to help each step of the way. Based on the successful practices of NATURESCURRENT partners, these guidelines for energy management can assist your organization in improving its energy and financial performance while distinguishing your organization as an environmental leader.

ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAM
We utilize state-of-the-art (energy modeling) software programs, which accurately measure and identify energy reduction opportunities for commercial buildings, institutional complexes, municipal buildings, industrial operations and residential structures. These oppurtunities can have dramatic effects on overall energy consumption, building comfort and indoor air quality.

ON-SITE GENERATION (BUSINESS)
or Distributed Energy Resource (DER) systems are small-scale power generation technologies (typically in the range of 1 kW to 10,000 kW) used to provide an alternative to or an enhancement of the traditional electric power system.

SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS
Generating electricity from solar energy reduces the consumption of fossil fuels. By switching to solar power, you will combat global warming and reduce our nation's dependence on foreign energy sources. Even a small solar (PV) power system has a significant environmental impact by decreasing pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.

WIND POWER SYSTEMS
Wind energy is an economical power resource in many areas of the country. Growing concern about emissions from fossil fuel generation, increased government support, and higher costs for fossil fuels (especially natural gas and coal) have helped wind power capacity in the United States grow substantially over the last 10 years.

SPECIAL OFFER

30% TAX CREDIT NOW AVAILABLE TO HELP OFFSET COSTS OF SYSTEMS. In October 2008, the Energy Improvement and Extension Act of 2008 extended the tax credits once again (until December 31, 2016), and a new tax credit for small wind-energy systems and geothermal heat pump systems was created. In February 2009, The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 removed the maximum credit amount for all eligible technologies (except fuel cells) placed in service after 2008.

For more detailed information concerning the residential renewable energy tax credit, follow this link to the Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency (DSIREUSA.org)
