Will my power or gas be interrupted when I switch?

No. You're changing who supplies the energy, not how it gets to you. Your utility keeps delivering it over the same lines and pipes.

Who do I call if the power goes out?

Your utility, same as always. They handle outages, repairs and emergencies no matter which supplier you use.

Will I get two bills?

Usually not. In most cases your utility sends one bill with both supply and delivery charges. A few suppliers bill separately, and their offer will say so.​

What does it cost to use Natures Current?

Nothing to compare. There's no fee to have us shop your account, and no obligation to switch.

Are you and the suppliers licensed?

Yes. Natures Current is licensed by the Pennsylvania PUC as an electric and natural gas broker (A-2023-3041960 / A-2023-3041866). Suppliers must also be licensed by the Pennsylvania PUC.
